Its very unfortunate that a country such as Kenya has to be reminded of how urgently it needs reforms. A good number of our leaders save for president Mwai Kibaki who is now famous for his silent status as a leader of a nation have tried to secure attention from US president Barrack Obama who has so far proved a hard nut to crack especially to the Kenyan lot who have featured in his bad books prominently on different occasions. Even our very own Prime Minister Raila Odinga who shares the same tribe with Obama’s father has had quite an uphill task in securing the hard to come by moment. The US has now acted to show its position on Kenyan reforms and this time targeting cabinet ministers and some members of parliament who are said to be anti- reforms.
